Tama ka dyan lhon. Enrico Vilanueva is the closest, having won Conference Best Player in 2005-06 PBA season. But I think a more prestigious award than an MVP was given also to former Ateneo players. Jojo Lastimosa and Francis Arnaiz are members of the PBA's 25 greatest players. It's an elite class. Interestingly, UST and UP also had 2 each, UE and Mapua had 3 each.

(Olsen Racela - 1987 - 1992 San Miguel)
Olsen was originally drafted by Purefoods and he played for them from 1993-1997.

(Vince Hizon - 1993 Ginebra)
Like Olsen, Hizon was also originally drafted by Purefoods before he asked the management to trade him.

(Enrico Villanueva - 1998 - 2002 Red Bull, Purefoods, & Ginebra)
In addition to Rico's teams, he also played for SMB (Magnolia)

(Rich Alvarez - 1999 - 2003 - Shell, BGK & Air 21
Paolo Bugia - 1999 - 2004 - Red Bull & BGK)
Both of them also played for Purefoods.

most of the ateneans that came to the pba are a product of mere hype coz they're playing for ateneo...
